Hi.

This thought just occurred to me and I wanted to ask about it. Is it possible or are there plans on allowing a user who designs his own custom ruleset or adventure to somehow export the adventure to share with others who own Augur?

What I'm thinking of is not the ability to simply export the entire ruleset or adventure, but the game components so that others can play the adventure but not be able to change or gain access to any of the customized rules or assets designed by the GM or author who put the adventure or ruleset together? So, essentially Augur would act like a construction set to design your own adventures, and allow you to export those adventures for others to enjoy, but not allow the players to have access to changing the rules, locations, monster data, equipment data, custom tables, etc.

Wow! I just stumbled upon this program and it looks great. :) I have a few questions on its features I hope you won't mind answering. I design my own pen and paper RPGs and would love to convert some of them into Augur so I could play solo against my RPG. This would be a great way to test the system mechanics of my RPG designs without having to put friends through a testing phase. :)

1. Is it possible to create an entire custom ruleset that includes custom monsters, experience leveling, equipment, spells, and loot tables as well?

2. I read that the older version had loot tables that would automatically place loot in dungeons and such. Has that functionality been added to the current version?

3. Is it possible to somehow limit the number of spaces or hexes a character or monster can move based on a stat such as "SPEED"? So, for example I move my avatar 5 spaces which is my maximum movement rate per turn. Is there a way within the program to stop the character from moving farther than allowed during the current game turn or combat round?

4. Is there a way to export the maps, story content, etc. so that it can be used when playing with friends around the table or online via a multiplayer capable VTT program?

5. Is it possible to have a method for character creation within the app itself or do I have to design my custom character sheet and then perform the steps to create a new character outside the program and then insert the results into the Augur character sheet that I create? It would be neat if we could setup a step by step process for rolling stats, picking skills, and then equipping out character before setting out on an adventure.

6. Are shops and places such as taverns, temples, etc. auto generated within towns? So for example if I enter a town will a random weapon shop possibly be there with a list of goods for sale and their costs?

7. Can items such as weapons and armor be given stats that can automatically be added to a combat roll? For example: A sword adds +1 to a 2d6 attack roll. So if the sword is equipped, when making an attack roll the system would automatically roll 2d6 and add the +1 from the equipped sword? Also, for armor if a suit of armor deducts a value from an attacker's attack roll, can that be automatically added as well to the attack roll? Ex: Attacker with sword vs. Target with plate armor -5. An attack button is pressed and automatically rolls 2d6+1(from sword) -5(from target's armor) then gives the total score and a hit or miss result? This would be an awesome feature if it is not already possible.

Well, that's all for now I guess. I watched most if not all the videos regarding Augur and I am impressed and hope this app will meet my needs. I'd definitely love to use it for playing my own systems and adventures.

I just picked this game up as well as Strikeback. Both are great fun! :) I wanted to ask if it is possible to get copies that automatically save high scores and then load them automatically the next time the game is loaded. This way I won't have to manually load the score files each time. Either way, great work and I hope you release more games in the future.

Thank you very much for all your efforts. I love the old arcade classics and your versions outdo the originals from back in the day on the C64. I especially love the versions you release with extra levels and feature. Top notch! Thanks Again!

Thanks for this GREAT game! :)

Question... You do such great work, any chance of a C64 version of Time Pilot and/or Time Pilot '84 with high score saving as well? :)

Thanks Again for this great conversion. I asked about a C64 version of this a few years ago on the PC version's page and you said you felt the original Namco version for the C64 was well done and a C64 version was not planned. Glad to see that you decided to convertt and release it. :)

I was just going to post that question as well. LOL Then again, I recall asking for Dig Dug for the C64 and was told similarly that it wasn't planned as the original C64 version was good. Then recently Dig Dug Revival came out for the C64, so there is always HOPE! :) At least I hope for a C64 version of this game! :)

Any chance of having a High Score board added or to save the high score to disk so that you can try to beat your current score later on? Great game BTW, I loved it! :)

Thanks. :)

Will we be able to download a d64 version of this? I'd love to add it to my Pac-man collection on my C64 ultimate. :)

Great game. Any chance for a Commodore 64 version?

A Commodore 64 version of this would be great! :)

Any chance of an Atari 5200, Colecovision, and/or Intellivision Encyclopedia book? I love your books and will be picking up the PDFs of the paid encyclopedias shortly. :)

Is it possible to host our own private/dedicated servers on our own hardware for friends and family?

Is there the possibility of running one's own private/dedicated server?

I LOVE this generator. I wish to use a few maps designed from it for my gaming group, but I'll need to name and note the areas myself in photoshop after exporting the map without notes and titles to .png format. As such, I'd like to ask what fonts are used for the Title and description as well as the room numbering and notes? I'm hoping to be able to use the exact fonts in photoshop when I add my custom notes and such.

Thanks,

John.
